I bought this mostly because I liked the idea of having a soft light, but the light part is disappointing. It’s much dimmer than I expected, and the settings feel kind of limited. Mine also flickers sometimes, which can be annoying at night, although to be fair, it’s not constant. For the price, I just expected it to feel a bit nicer and work more smoothly. It’s not terrible overall, but I do kind of wish I’d gone with a cheaper option.

I bought this for my sister, but we ended up needing to return it. The whole return process was way more of a hassle than expected, and the refund never showed up. Disappointing experience overall.

I ordered from Vitruvi the products are really nice, but the shipping took way longer than what I was expecting from checkout. The tracking barely moved for days too, so I was just sitting there wondering where my package disappeared to lol.

Customer support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the response felt generic and didn’t really clear anything up. My order did finally arrive and the item itself was totally fine, but the whole delivery experience makes me a little hesitant to order again anytime soon.

I actually really like the diffuser itself, so I’m happy about that. But when the box showed up dented, my first thought was, “Oh no, please don’t let this be broken.” Thankfully nothing was damaged, but the packaging inside just felt kind of cheap, especially for the price. I guess I expected it to feel a little more thoughtfully packed, especially coming from vitruvi. Nice product, but the unboxing experience definitely wasn’t what I hoped for.

I do like the smell, it’s pleasant and not too overpowering. That said, I was a little disappointed with the coverage. It works okay, but I expected it to spread a bit better or cover more area. Not bad, just not quite as effective as I hoped.

I picked up the vitruvi diffuser mostly because I liked how simple and clean it looked. To be fair, it does look really nice on my shelf, and I don’t have any complaints about the design.

That said, the sound is a little more noticeable than I was expecting. It makes this soft humming or dripping noise, which might not bother everyone, but in a quiet room I found myself noticing it more and more, especially at night.

It’s probably fine if you’re using it during the day or with other background noise around. I was hoping to use it to wind down before bed, though, and for the price, I guess I expected it to be quieter

Shipping was a bit slower than I was hoping for . The order did show up packed well , so no complaints there , but the tracking didn’t update for a few days and I wasn’t sure what was going on . It wasn’t a bad experience overall , just not the quickest .

I got this as a gift, but it arrived late and the box looked cheap. it was kind of ridiculous considering it was supposed to be presentable.

I was disappointed when I put this on my shelf. In the photos it looked cute and kind of stylish, but in person it feels bulky and awkward. It just doesn’t have the same look I was expecting. getting a canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type response doesn’t really make it any better.

As someone who uses this regularly, I was surprised by how fast the water tank runs out. It feels too small, and I keep having to refill it more often than I expected.
